Ingredients

container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt or Yoplait® Light Fat Free very vanilla yogurt

cup mango or peach chunks
1 1/4
cups soymilk

cup pineapple juice

Directions

  • 1 In blender or food processor, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

Great idea for smoothie...I used plain homemade yogurt and added some protien powder to make it a high protien shake and some benefiber - to make it higher in fiber. Everything else stayed the same. Oh- I also used frozen mango chunks...like a frozen drink! YUMMY
