cup flaked coconut, toasted if desired*

can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained

tablespoons packed brown sugar

nectarines, sliced

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, mix yogurt, coconut, pineapple and brown sugar.
  • 2 Serve dip immediately with fruit and gingersnaps, or cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
