Ingredients

cups Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy strawberry yogurt (from 2-lb container)

cups Banana Nut Cheerios® cereal

medium banana, sliced

cup sliced fresh strawberries

tablespoons coconut, toasted*

Directions

  • 1 In each of 4 parfait glasses, alternate layers of yogurt, cereal, banana and strawberries.
  • 2 Top each serving with coconut. Serve immediately.

*To toast coconut, sprinkle in ungreased heavy skillet. Cook over medium-low heat 6 to 14 minutes, stirring frequently until browning begins, then stirring constantly until golden brown.
