Expert Tips

Tomatoes contain carotenoids, plant pigments that color them red. Carotenoids are antioxidants that can help protect cells from damage.

Using flatbreads makes it easy to whip up quick homemade pizza. Try your own topping combinations, experimenting with different kinds of low-fat sauces, cheeses, and veggies.

I loved this pizza! It is quick and easy. I made extras and froze a few...they are great to pull out and heat for lunches.
