These were pretty good but I made a couple changes. I used applesauce in place of the oil and truvia in place if the sugar. I also added 2 teaspoons of poppy seeds & a little almond extract. My blueberries were not super flavorful so I think they would have been better with sweeter ones. Next time I will use more lemon zest or some juice to give it a bit more lemon flavor since I really love lemons. I think I will also try them with strawberries.
