Salsa And Black Bean Dip

This Southwest-inspired dip looks great when presented in a chip-and-dip tray along with a bag of tortilla chips. If the person you're giving this to has a favorite salsa, incorporate it into the recipe.

I added corn and black beans to the salsa and omitted the bacon. Adding a squeeze of lime helps too.

I made this as the recipe suggested and while the bacon gave the dip a unique flavor I found it kinda bland. I added some lime juice and a cob of grilled corn and it was delish!
