Ingredients

tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

teaspoon dried sage leaves

teaspoon seasoned salt

teaspoon garlic pepper blend

medium unpeeled Yukon gold potatoes, each cut into 8 lengthwise slices

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spread in pan.
  • 2 Roast uncovered 30 to 40 minutes, turning and stirring after about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
