This is very easy to make yet very delicious! Even my teenage boys loved it! I substituted spanich for kale and added butternut squash. Fantastic!!!

This was a very inexpensive, easy to make, fast and delicious. My brother couldn’t believe how good and tasty it was without actual meat and with so few calories. Definitely a winner!!!

This is a great recipe! I added a little more pasta to make it thicker and it turned out to be a quick delicious dinner. My kids loved it too!

Fall is in the air, so I was craving something warm, tasty, and hearty. This soup was very quick and easy to make, especially after a long day of work. I followed the recipe exactly, but added fresh ground pepper to season. I definitely recommend this recipe. It's a good feeling knowing how tasty AND healthy this recipe is.

A nice mix of vegetables, including dark green leafy! Quick, tasty and portable for lunches. Excellent flavor. My students saw it and wanted the recipe!

Made this tonight for dinner, my husband and I loved it. It was so easy to prepare-cook up the onions and garlic then throw all other ingredients in and let it cook. Parmasean cheese adds a nice taste. My husband wants to have it with sausage next time. Can't wait to make it again. It made plenty to freeze too.
