Ingredients

Chicken

1 1/2
cups corn flakes cereal, crushed (1/2 cup)
1/2
cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
3/4
teaspoon paprika
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1
lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat, cut into 1-inch pieces
Cooking spray

Peanut Sauce

1/2

1/4
cup peanut butter
1/2
cup fat-free (skim) milk
1
tablespoon soy sauce
1/8
teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne), if desired

Directions

Shake about 6 chicken pieces at a time in bag until coated. Shake off any extra crumbs; place chicken pieces in pan. Spray with cooking spray.

Not Bad. My wife liked it more than I did, of course, I have never been big on peanut butter sauce. My 2 and a half year old daughter loved it.
