Expert Tips

First-prize blueberries contain antioxidants called anthocyanins that may help protect healthy body cells from oxygen damage.

Try using 1 cup raspberry, lemon, vanilla or plain yogurt instead of the strawberry yogurt.

Surprise your family with a smoothie breakfast! Serve with toasted bagels topped with reduced-fat cream cheese for a yummy change from cereal and juice.

This is even "healthier" if you use Yogurt without any sugar. Brown Cow Plain is excellent. Then use Splenda instead of sugar.
