Ingredients

teaspoon sriracha or other hot sauce
1
to 2 teaspoons olive or canola oil
2
teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2
teaspoons raspberry or apple cider vinegar
2
teaspoons honey or brown sugar

8 ounce bunch kale or collard greens sliced across the stem into 1” wide strips

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2 In a large bowl, whisk seasonings together. Toss greens in the bowl, then transfer to baking sheet.
  • 3 Bake 5-10 minutes, or until browned and starting to look dry and roasted.
  • 4 Let crisp on baking sheet. Remove and enjoy.
