Ingredients

lb lean turkey Italian sausage links, cut into 1-inch pieces

cups fresh broccoli florets

cup uncooked mostaccioli pasta (3 oz)

teaspoon fennel seed, crushed

cans (14.5 oz each) Muir Glen® organic no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained

cups reduced-sodium beef broth

Directions

  • 1 In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain.
  • 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover; cook about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
