cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
cup finely chopped peeled apple
teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
cups shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir all ingredients until well blended, using hands if necessary.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls about 1 1/2 inches apart in pan.
Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm.
