I was very disappointed with this. It was a hit or miss with anyone who tried it. No one really loved it, and only a few liked it. The crust was the most disappointing of all because it was soggy (gross!).

I made these and they were ok. Did not seem rich like most cheesecake but it was lower in fat which explains why. I would not make them again.

I made these for our office Easter party and they were a hit. I was so pleased that they looked just like the recipe photo and everyone asked for the recipe. These will be made again :)
