Used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose
Substituted stevia (baking) for the sugar
Used only ½ cup of nuts
Substituted egg beaters for the egg
Used fat free cream cheese instead of reduced fat
Also, it has the number of servings at 20 pieces, which in my opinion is not more than a bite! So, with the changes I made above, I made my serving size to be 9 pieces (205 calories per piece)...increasing the number of servings would of course lower the calories per serving. Enjoy!
