This was SO delicious! I couldn't find the mini lasagna noodles either, so I substituted with little bowties. It was perfect and will definitely be a repeat in our house.

This sounds great. I recently made a vegetarian skillet lasagna that was delicious too! It has fewer calories, which is nice.
