Easy to make. The second time I made it I added some vanilla, cinnamon and some granola layered in between the mix. Much better tasting and added nice flavoring! Tweek it to your liking and enjoy!!

I thought it was yummy! I chose to freeze it anyway after reading other review because otherwise it would have been yogurt and fruit. Seemed like fruit Popsicle texture. Went over well as a breakfast item at work. It does need almost an hour out to cut into it frozen, so next time I'm gonna put them in cupcake paper or foils and make individual servings to keep on hand. I put the remaining whipped topping on top like frosting, cause I didn't know what to do with half a tub left over.

I have to start this by saying that the mix, before freezing, was delicious. I would absolutely make this again but I would not freeze it. The texture was unpleasant frozen. I think I would put it in a light graham pie crust, or no crust at all, and serve it more as a creamy dessert.
