I added cottage cheese instead of the yogurt for a decadent and rich tasting brownie. It made it perfect! I also added 1/4 tsp. of baking powder and used only half the sugar called for and added 1/4 cup of honey to make up for the 1/2 cup sugar taken out. It tasted so good! I recommend this brownie even though it may be a little dense like fudge.

I have yet to try these but would love to give them a try soon! I was just wondering if I would be able to use Vanilla Greek Yogurt instead of Yoplait? I don't like Yoplait (plus it has high fructose corn syrup in it, yuck!). Also, instead of vegetable oil, would I be able to substitute that with applesauce?
