Ingredients

lb boneless beef top sirloin, cut into 2 pieces

teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1/4
teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4
cup lightly packed chopped fresh spinach leaves
1/4
cup crumbled fat-free feta cheese (1 oz)

tablespoon chopped ripe olives

Directions

  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. Rub both sides of each piece of beef with garlic; sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning.
  • 2 Place beef on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 9 to 11 minutes, turning once, until beef is desired doneness.
  • 3 In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spoon over beef.
