These look very yummy. I like the use of the bran cereal to healthify it.

Readers may prefer to use fresh homemade pumpkin puree instead of the processed kind. Here's how: http://cookingripe.wordpress.com/2012/09/26/homemade-pumpkin-puree/

These were awesome, but I used kashi go lean since I did not have any fiber one cereal. I also cut the sugar down to just 1 cup, which was the perfect amount of sweetness. Loved them!

These are awesome - especially if you substitute Splenda for sugar - then the Diabetic in you life can enjoy also

lacked taste; would be better if sweet potato was used instead.

I made this yesterday, and was excited to use up the FiberOne cereal in my cupboard. I followed the recipe exactly, and they looked exactly like the picture, but did not taste so great. I was expecting more of a pumpkin flavor, and it is not very sweet at all. After I choke these down (they are better if chased with coffee), I will never make this recipe again.

I recently made these Pumpkin Spice Bars and aboslutely loved them! They were a huge hit in my family. I did not use the walnuts for personal preference. Some useful tips: I used a pizza cutter to slice my bars. I also used an icing bag (the kind you use to put icing on a cake with a tube at the end) to place the glaze on the bars. I highly recommend making this treat!!
