Ingredients

Dip

cups plain fat-free yogurt

cup packed brown sugar

teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves

teaspoons grated gingerroot

teaspoon grated lemon peel

Fruit Skewers

bamboo skewers (6 inch)

cup fresh raspberries

cups melon cubes (cantaloupe and/or honeydew)

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, mix dip ingredients with wire whisk until smooth. Cover; refrigerate at least 15 minutes to blend flavors.
  • 2 On each skewer, alternately thread 3 raspberries and 2 melon cubes. Serve with dip.
