Ingredients

lb uncooked chicken breast strips for stir-fry

tablespoons Old El Paso® 25% less-sodium taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)

can (15 oz) Progresso® black beans or pinto beans, rinsed, drained
1 1/2
cups Green Giant® frozen corn
1/2
cup water
Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch; from 11-oz package), if desired

Directions

  • 1 Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray. Cook chicken in skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center.
  • 2 Stir in seasoning mix, beans, corn and water. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve with tortillas.

It is slightly on the plain side until you add salsa and sour-cream and then Wow! It's perfect.. I used a little more chicken then it calls for which is awesome because now I left overs!

I made it exactly as the recipe suggested and did not add anything to it. It was a little plain & ordinary. But as some of the other reviews suggested, I think with onion, tomatoes, salsa, etc added to it, would make it much more tasty
