Expert Tips

Apples are loaded with fiber--the soluble kind that helps to lower blood cholesterol. Start slowly so you have time to get used to more fiber!

Apples are always readily available, regardless of the season. For tart apples, choose Granny Smith or Greening apples.

Not as good as I was hoping they would be. Pretty easy to make, however will keep looking for another apple dessert recipe. Was more bland then what I was looking for.

I made this recipe today and will be making it again! It is amazingly easy and very delicious! I used fresh picked Macintosh apples, and followed the recipe, 50 minutes later, this beautiful dessert will be my main contribution to many parties to come. Very moist, light, sweet but not overpowering or heavy. Fabulous!!!
