This was so easy to make and delicious! I'm not a giant corn fan, so I used fresh carrots and a can of green beans for a subsitute! Yum!

I thought this was a great, super simple, recipe to have on hand. My family liked it and was so quick and easy to make - I've made it multiple times already. I always add extra seasonings I like to just about any recipe I make so, I didnt' have a problem with the taste. This is a weeknight winner!
