cup sugar

cup unsweetened baking cocoa

teaspoon baking soda

teaspoon salt

cup canola oil

teaspoon white vinegar
1/4
teaspoon vanilla

cup water
Powdered sugar, if desired
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt with fork. In small bowl, stir oil, vinegar and vanilla until well mixed. Vigorously stir oil mixture and water into flour mixture about 1 minute or until well blended. Immediately pour into pan.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on cooling rack 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
