Ingredients

3/4
lb chicken or turkey breast strips for stir-fry
6
cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1/2
teaspoon caraway seed, crushed
3
tablespoons mustard-mayonnaise sauce or fat-free mayonnaise
4
fat-free flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch), heated

Directions

  • 1 Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
  • 2 Stir in coleslaw mix and caraway seed. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 3 minutes or just until cabbage wilts, but remains crisp. Remove from heat. Stir in mustard-mayonnaise sauce until well mixed.
  • 3 Spoon mixture evenly down center of each warm tortilla. Fold sides of each tortilla over filling; roll up. Wrap each wrap securely with foil; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.

Excellent! We made these omitting the seeds and adding shredded cheese and lemon pepper seasoning to the chicken. Very easy, quick and healthy. I did a mayo/ranch dressing and my husband added jalepenoes and italian dressing. Will make again.

I made this tonight for dinner and was soo suprised at how good it was...and different. These wraps were huge too! I could have made five instead of four...maybe next time I will because I will definintely make them again. It's just me at home so i'll take the rest to work for lunch the rest of the week. I can't wait to eat it tomorrow! The store I went to didn't have mustard-mayonnaise sauce so I made my own, using two tablespoons kraft mayo w/olive oil and one tablespoon mustard. I don't know what mustard-mayo sauce is supposed to taste like but mine was tastey. I also used tyson grilled and ready chicken breast strips. Great quick, easy meal!!
