Ingredients

avocado, pitted, peeled

banana, sliced

cup frozen pineapple chunks

cup frozen organic apple juice concentrate

cup water

cup ice

Directions

  • 1 In blender, place all ingredients except ice. Cover; blend on medium speed 10 seconds.
  • 2 Add ice. Cover; blend on high speed 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 3 Divide mixture evenly among 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
