oz cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
oz cooked chicken breast, shredded
cup shredded fat-free mozzarella
cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
tablespoon fat-free ranch dressing
cup fat-free ranch dressing for dipping
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
Divide bacon and chicken evenly among muffin cups.
In small bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, water, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing and the egg whites until a wet dough forms. Drop 1 teaspoon dough into each muffin cup.
Bake 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Serve with 1/4 cup ranch dressing for dipping.
