Ingredients

oz cooked turkey bacon, crumbled

oz cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2
cup shredded fat-free mozzarella
2/3
cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
2/3
cup water

tablespoon fat-free ranch dressing
2
egg whites
1/4
cup fat-free ranch dressing for dipping

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • 2 Divide bacon and chicken evenly among muffin cups.
  • 3 In small bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, water, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing and the egg whites until a wet dough forms. Drop 1 teaspoon dough into each muffin cup.
  • 4 Bake 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Serve with 1/4 cup ranch dressing for dipping.
