Here’s a delicious chicken salad packed with berries, salad greens and blue cheese - dinner that’s ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens

package (6 oz) refrigerated grilled chicken breast strips, cut in half if necessary

cup fresh strawberry halves

cup fresh blueberries

cup fat-free raspberry vinaigrette dressing

cup honey-roasted peanuts

tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, toss all ingredients except peanuts and cheese until evenly coated with dressing. Sprinkle with peanuts and cheese.
