Ingredients

bags black tea

cups fat-free (skim) milk

tablespoons honey

teaspoon ground ginger
1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  • 1 Heat water to boiling. Add tea bags; reduce heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling.
  • 2 Stir with wire whisk to foam milk. Pour into cups.

Tea is okay. It's better with fresh ginger and adding cardamom with the other spices. A little splenda or other sweetener just makes it!
