Ingredients

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic diced tomatoes, drained

tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

clove garlic, finely chopped

slices (1/2 inch thick) baguette (about 6 oz), toasted

Directions

  • 1 In medium bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, olive oil and garlic.
  • 2 Spoon mixture onto toasted bread slices. Serve immediately.

Add a smear of goat cheese, after rubbing a clove of fresh garlic on the toasted bread slices, to make this even more delicious

These are simply marvalas. I used vine ripe tomatoes and chopped them really fine. Greatand simple.
