teaspoons cider vinegar

teaspoons honey mustard

to 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce

salmon fillet (1 lb)
Chopped fresh chives, if desired
  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon and chives. Spread over top of salmon.
  2. Place salmon, skin side down, on grill rack over medium heat. Cover; cook 10 to 14 minutes, without turning, until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish with chives.
