Rich in antioxidants, blueberries are native to America and helped to sustain Native American cultures for centuries.

Ingredients

cup flour
1/3
cup sugar (or baking substitute)
1 1/2
teaspoon baking powder
1/4
teaspoon salt (or substitute)

cup skim milk

cups blueberries
Cooking spray

Directions

  • 1 Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk and whisk until smooth. Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour in batter and sprinkle blueberries on top.
  • 2 Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve and eat.
