I have made this bread several times. The recipe is quick and easy and this bread is really tasty. My co-workers could not even tell that it was low calorie/low fat. I save really ripe bananas by peeling them, bagging them and placing them in my freezer. I always have a few on hand when I feel like baking. Definite keeper!

I really like this recipe. I replaced the sugar with Truvia and used fresh berries instead. It was really tasty.
