Ingredients

small apple, peeled, cut into chunks

kiwifruit, peeled, cut into chunks

cup apple juice

Directions

  • 1 In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

This smoothie is delicious! I made it for my 4yr old and she just loved it! I doubled the recipe because I was making it for 4 people. However I still used only one Kiwi since I had a hard time finding a sweet kiwi here on the east coast. I think it was fine with only one kiwi since I could still tast the kiwi even with everything else being doubled. Made it with a different brand of organic yougurt and also tired it with strawberry pomegranate yogurt...it was good.
