Live Better America remakes your favorites recipes. While they don’t meet our criteria for Healthy Recipes, they’re better for you than the originals. We call these Healthified Recipes, shorthand for brownie sundae minus the guilt.
To healthify a recipe, we reduce two less-than-desirable nutrients and add one beneficial nutrient.
