Coupon Print Help

Back to coupon page

General Mills works in partnership with Coupons, Inc. to provide online coupons. Listed below are answers to commonly asked printing questions.

How to print your coupons

  1. Check your printer. Make sure it's on and loaded with paper.
  2. Select coupons. Then click "Print selected coupons." To print all available coupons, click "Print all coupons."
  3. Download coupon printing software. If you're printing coupons for the first time on this site, you'll be asked to install a small application. Click "Yes" or "Run" when the install window appears. Don't worry – the software is free, safe, and installs fast. If you ever want to remove the software, it's a quick and easy process to uninstall.
  4. Save big! Use your coupons at your local grocery store.

Why won't my coupons print?

Your coupons might not print if:

The coupon offer has reached its print limit.
If you receive a message stating "Sorry … One or more of the coupons you requested is no longer available. Please check back next month." it means that the offer has reached its print limit.

All coupon offers have a maximum number of available prints each month. Once an offer reaches its print limit, the offer is no longer available to print. We make every effort to remove offers from the site once they reach their print limit. In certain situations (especially weekends and/or holidays) it may take 24-48 hours to remove an offer from the site once it has run out.

We add new coupon offers to BettyCrocker.com, Pillsbury.com, and BoxTops4Education.com on the afternoon of the first business day of every month. You'll be able to print additional offers at this time.

You've reached your personal print limit for a coupon.
If you receive the message; "Sorry! You have already printed this coupon the maximum number of times allowed." you have reached your personal print limit for a coupon. Registered users of Livebetteramerica.com, BettyCrocker.com, Pillsbury.com and BoxTopsForEducation.com can attempt to print coupons a maximum of two times. Offers are shared across all three sites so if you print a coupon twice on [insert name of this site] you will not be able to print the same offer from the other two sites.

Before attempting to print, you need to install the Coupon Printer software (link to appropriate help section). Remember, you can only attempt to print each coupon a maximum of two times so always double-check to make sure your printer is turned on, loaded with paper and filled with enough toner or ink to print the selected coupons. If your printer fails, you are out of paper, ink or toner while attempting to print, the attempt counts toward your personal print limit for the coupon.

You don't have a default printer, or your printer isn't ready.
You must have a default printer selected for your computer. It must be a real, paper-based printer – not a virtual fax machine, file printer, or PDF creator. Follow the instructions that came with your computer to set your printer as the default.

If your printer is a multi-function device (print, fax, copy, scan), make sure the default setting is the print function, not the fax function.

Also, make sure your printer is:

  • Turned on
  • Loaded with paper
  • Filled with enough toner or ink
If your printer fails, you are out of ink, or paper while attempting to print, the failed print counts toward your personal print limit.

Why couldn't I install the Coupon Printer?

If you're having problems installing the Coupon Printer, it may be because:

Your computer doesn't have permission to download programs.
If you're using a computer at work, school, the library, a coffee shop or an internet cafe, you may not have permission to download and install programs—even if you've downloaded and installed other files.

Contact your network administrator for more information. If you've got your own computer and printer, try printing from home.

You have software that blocks installation.
If you receive a warning that you're about to install a program, allow the installation. If that doesn't work, turn off any anti-virus, anti-spyware, or adware software on your computer until installation is complete.

Your browser's security settings are set too high.
Have you received messages that:

  • An attempt to install and ActiveX control (Internet Explorer) was blocked?
  • A plugin was blocked?
  • Ask for permission to install a program?
If so, you may need to change your browser's security settings to allow installation. Make sure to click the appropriate buttons in any dialog boxes that appear to allow the installation.
